1st Look Magazine Vol. 243 (Golden Child Jaehyun and Bomin) Review

It has been quite a busy summer for Golden Child, from releasing their second Japanese single RATA-TAT-TAT to successfully completing their 10-stop US tour to performing at London's MIK Festival to making their long awaited Korean comeback as OT9 with 6th mini album AURA. And to add to that, Jaehyun and Bomin have a feature within the 243rd edition of Korean entertainment and lifestyle magazine 1st Look from August 4th, 2022.
As usual, this magazine is made of slightly nicer quality than a nice newspaper, and is large with dimensions (if held vertically) 10.25" by 15.25".
Here is a glimpse into Jaehyun and Bomin's segment titled "ANOTHER ME". (My Woollim stan heart is lowkey thinking about Sunggyu...)
Bongbom's segment includes 8 pages, starting off with this beautiful 2-page spread of Bomin.
I am in LOVE with both of these photos. I'm just so speechless!
I like that majority of bongbom's pictorial is large, high quality photos, and here above is the only text^^
Bongbom's segment finishes off with one last solo shot of Jaehyun, and 2 photos of Jaehyun and Bomin together. They looked absolutely perfect in all of these photos, I'd love if 1st look or the boys could post even more bts photos from this shoot^^

Overall, I didn't think I could love Golden Child even more but this magazine has proved me wrong. This really came at the perfect timing too, with Jaehyun and Bomin constantly top of mind ever since Golden Child's US tour and then a few weeks later having official physical content of just these two^^ This is probably my most favorite photoshoot by far!

Ordering My Golden Child AURA Albums from Kpoptown, Ktown4u, and Makestar

After almost a year of waiting and endless hints and reassurance from Golcha (with Jangjun's ment in Philly and again a spoiler on the Weekly Idol live), on July 27th, 2022 at 6PM KST Woollim finally released a comeback teaser along with new hashtags, a new Golden Child logo, and a comeback date of August 8th! Then on July 28th at 3:10PM KST Woollim posted album details, and soon after showcase details.

I was going to stop blogging about ordering albums, but of course I always have issues that I feel warrant a dedicated blog post >.<

For Golden Child's 6th mini album AURA, there is a limited version and a normal version. The normal version is the only one applicable for lottery events (showcase, fansign, video call, etc.). My plan was to buy a few copies of the limited version on Ktown4u, where I know I'll be guaranteed the preorder benefit posters, and then order the normal version through a video call event for that site's preorder benefit photocard. But I foolishly talked myself into ordering 4 copies of the limited version from Kpoptown, along with Bomin's Woollim Mall ID (because I am still not over my Bominitis). Just 30 minutes later I remembered that the Bomin ID is the same image as the random Bomin ticket from the Cinema Kit that I have >.< I had placed my order on August 1st KST and Kpoptown had a special where first press posters were free if folded, so I was happy at least that was guaranteed (as for the first press mini poster set...we'll see). Then on August 9th KST I received an email from Kpoptown stating that the ID was sold out and asked if I wanted my order shipped and refunded for the Id and remaining shipping fee where the refund will come shortly after shipment, or fully refunded. I chose to keep my order, which they acknowledged, and shipped out my order on August 10th yet I still haven't heard back on the refund despite messaging them via email and through their site. As an update: I received my refund and an email confirmation from Kpoptown on August 16th, a few hours after my package arrived.

And then with the announcement of Jaehyun and Bomin being on the next issue of First Look, of course I had to preorder it! So on August 7th KST, I ordered 2 limited versions of AURA along with a copy of the magazine from Ktown4u, but unfortunately by then all preorder benefits had run out.

As for the normal edition, I decided to preorder 9 copies from Makestar's first event (to anyone curious, I had wanted to apply for Bomin but figured my slim chance was slightly better if I chose Jaehyun).
All 3 of my packages were picked up by DHL on August 12th and delivered on August 16th. From left to right are Kpoptown, Ktown4u, and Makestar.
My Kpoptown package arrived with 4 copies of the limited version and 4 folded posters, and luckily 4 sets of the mini posters (though of course no Bomin ID). My Ktown4u arrived with 2 copies of the limited version. My Makestar arrived with the full set of preorder benefit photocards, 9 copies of the normal version, and 9 folded posters distributed almost evenly among the 2 versions; unfortunately it didn't come with any of the mini poster sets despite being included in the product detail image on the project page (and if you look at Makestar 2, both the mini poster set and posters are not included in the product detail image, so I don't know if Makestar just didn't remove the mini poster set from the image or forgot to send them out). Please go to the bottom of my post for an update!
Makestar has really improved their process! They put each pob photocard in its own sleeve, and then together into a clear resealable bag. They were also super generous in giving an entire set of all 9 members when purchasing 9 albums. It seems like they're aware many people would purchase 9 albums, so they bundled 9 albums together and then had the pob photocard set taped on top.
Here is the order my Makestar pob photocards came in.
Makestar is getting more creative with their pob photocards, this time being double-sided hand heart versions. Here is the front side.
And here is the backside, which are finger hearts.
The normal version comes with 1 random photocard out of 18 (2 per member). My normal version albums all had consecutive serial numbers except for the first (far left) one, so I wasn't sure how the randomization of my photocard pulls would be. Luckily it was pretty good, with only 2 duplicates of Bomin! And I was able to pull almost every member; it's like I could pretend that there was only 1 photocard per member and say my set is almost complete sans Y and Jaehyun...
Here is a closeup of my normal version photocards. I was so excited pulling Bomin's 3 times hehe~
The limited version comes with 1 random bookmark out of 9, and 1 random photocard out of 36 (4 per member). As for my limited version albums, 2 albums had consecutive serial numbers while the rest were quite different. I'm really pleasantly surprised that out of the 6 bookmarks I pulled, I only had 1 duplicate! I pulled Y, Seungmin, Donghyun x2, Joochan, and Bomin. As for the photocards, I pulled 3 of the same Donghyun >.<

I'll have an unboxing post on the AURA albums coming up, along with some magazine unboxings and more posts on the rest of Golden Child's US tour^^

Update: On August 22nd KST, I received a shipping notification from DHL that a Makestar package was on its way. My friend had contacted Makestar inquiring about the mini poster set, however that path fell short as Makestar wanted my friend to provide photo or video proof. I actually did have an unboxing video (a process I religiously follow ever since Summer Breeze with Eline...) but didn't want to use my limited luck on this, so I never contacted Makestar.
On August 23rd PT, I received my package!
It was indeed Makestar sending out the preorder benefit mini poster set. They had made this mistake with Lee Sujeong's posters as well; it's really nice that both times Makestar still used DHL.
There was lots of room inside the box, but all mini poster sets arrived in perfect condition.

I still have lots of posts in my drafts, but excited to get them all published!

Golden Child Meet & Live Tour in USA: Stop 4 - Dallas

Golden Child's first US tour is in full swing with their fourth stop in Dallas on June 30th, 2022! I previously blogged about the logistics of the tour here, the San Jose stop here, the LA stop here, and the Denver stop here.
The Dalls venue was at South Side Music Hall within Gilley's Dallas Complex. This was the first stop that I really felt the heat...being from the Pacific Northwest, I was definitely not prepared! I decided to wear my "One" tee along with my "Breathe" sweatband, though black probably wasn't the best call for such a hot day.
For VVIP and VIP check-in along with Snapshot ticket pickup, there were two tables in the shade by the entrance. Here are my Snapshot tickets.
For the fansign, they brought VVIP in by queue order and lined us up accordingly inside the theater. Luckily the plan was after we finished our fansign, we would stand back in our line inside the theater instead of outside, meaning we would be able to see the entire duration of the fansign. Because I was #26, I ended up being the last person within the front row and was able to clearly view the entire fansign. As for giving letters, it was the same process as Denver.

The fansign order was Y, Jangjun, Jibeom, Joochan, Bomin, Donghyun, Seungmin, and lastly Jaehyun. Here are some of my recollections:
  • Y said, "Hello Macey~" and asked how I'm doing.
  • Jangjun said, "Hi Macey! We met in another city right?"
  • I asked Jibeom how is he, and he replied, "Um, very exciting...excited. Ya. Sorry. *chuckles* Thank you for coming." Hehe I love how he tries so hard to communicate with American Ness^^
  • Joochan asked if I've eaten yet.
  • Bomin said, "Hi, I'm happy to see you again, Macey. Today's concept's Donghyun, right?" I was a bit taken aback that he was monitoring my outfits, and I hope he wasn't disappointed that today was simple and member focused...I quickly showed him my "Breathe" sweatband to make it seem more OT10.
After the fansign, the staff rearranged the setup in preparation for soundcheck and the concert. For San Jose and Denver where I had my pick, I chose the center, whereas with LA I was kind of forced into the right. But now my heart really wanted to go to the left...where Bomin was a lot...and so I ended up at the far left in front row. This venue is very spacious in every direction, so the members had a lot of room to dance on stage, and the front row could accommodate a lot of fans. Where I was, there was a row of speakers against the stage where we were allowed to put our bags. Then there was a belt barrier (this area is for the security guard and for PAV staff to film footage) while about the center two thirds had a metal barricade. The belt kept getting undone and it was easy to naturally lean on the speakers, but whenever staff needed to get through, they'd always bend down to avoid blocking our view and would tap our knees to notify us to give them room.

For soundcheck, Golcha sang "I Know" and the first half of "Milky Way". This is the same setlist for soundcheck from LA to Atlanta.

And now for the concert~ The setlist is the same from LA to Minneapolis. Below is the setlist and I'll add any highlights. I'll only post a handful of pictures of the concert on my blog (I recorded the whole thing so screenshots of videos aren't great quality, and you can view some of my pictures on my Twitter thread here, and surely lots of others' fancams on SNS as well).

Setlist:
  1. Intro VCR - same intro VCR as Play concert
  2. Ra Pam Pam
  3. Burn It
  4. Ment - Jaehyun was in the center, suddenly took off both shoes to fix something while Jangjun talking, so Jangjun stopped to look at Jaehyun while Jaehyun repeatedly told Jangjun, "keep going" as he continued with his shoes.
  5. I Know
  6. That Guy
  7. Ment - Jaehyun brought up the Mavericks but the crowd didn't seem to be big sports fans so he was like forget it😅 Then Jangjun said that Jibeom, Donghyun, and Bomin went to the aquarium in Dallas
  8. What Happened?
  9. Pump It Up - So much happened! During Jaehyun's line where he stands at the far right, Donghyun and Bomin are at the far left peering over, and Bomin discreetly grabbed Donghyun's butt for a long time?! And then while Seungmin and Joochan were off at the side, Seungmin chased Joochan to the wall!
  10. VCR - condensed TV shows / commercials VCR from Play
  11. Wannabe - Without You - One - You could really see how sweaty they all were with their shirts completely soaked in sweat!
  12. Ment - The members asked us if there is a song we want to hear, and they ended up showing us their unit songs! Y and Jangjun performed a bit of "Poppin'", Seungmin sang part of "That Feeling", Joochan and Bomin sang the chorus and then Bomin sang part of his verse in "Singing In The Rain", and lastly Jibeom sang a bit of the chorus of "Game". Y then asked if anyone has heard of his solo sang, then Jangjun said "that's my favorite song", then Y sang part of "Fantasia". The members asked Jaehyun to introduce the next song, "Oasis". Jaehyun said, "this will be my favorite song. Actually, someone composed this song. He is my very important person. This is my favorite song." Jaehyun continued to emphasize how important Tag is to him.
  13. Oasis
  14. Bottom Of The Ocean - Bomin was on the far left side for a lot of the beginning of the song! He took my phone and fixed his hair when looking at himself on my phone^^ When Seungmin came over, he was making movements like a shark finding its next prey and he definitely kept making eye contact at me but chose someone else. At one point Jibeom was filming, then Donghyun joined and as he was stepping back, Donghyun stepped on Seungmin's foot then he joined in on the filming too. Towards the end Jangjun squatted down in front of me and made Vs to everyone's phones. And at the very end of the song, Y ran up to us and took someone's phone so he could film himself bowing theatrically.
  15. Ment - Right away Jibeom spoke in English (I couldn't hear the first part) "...thanks to Goldenness in Dallas" and Joochan said "Zibeom?" And Jaehyun clapped for a long time and said "Whoa, Jibeom's English is getting better." Then the members talked about what they wanted to do in the US. Seungmin said that he wants to eat meat every time he comes to the US. Jibeom wanted to do shopping. Jaehyun said "watching you guys. That's all." Donghyun said performing on the stage right now. Jangjun said what he thought was interesting was seeing people come with their children or parents, and come as a family to their show, then Jangjun said "thank you for coming, parents" and he, Donghyun, and Joochan humbly bowed several times to the audience. Then Jangjun said that throughout this whole tour, he thinks the most important and memorable thing is meeting all the Goldenness. Bomin whipped out his English and said "I think this moment is impressed into my life."
  16. Sea
  17. Breathe - This is such a fun stage to watch in person! Every time the members went to the sides to wait for their turn, they would interact with Ness^^
  18. Ment - Joochan said that there are still 6 shows left in their tour so if we want to see Golcha again, to please come to another show, and then he looked at me (hehe he didn't have to tell me twice^^)
  19. Crush
  20. Ending VCR - same ending VCR as Play
  21. - Encore - DamDaDi
  22. Ending Ment - Jangjun said in English that just before the concert he felt just like those in the Olympics. He, Bomin, and Jaehyun gave their ending ments entirely in English. Once Jaehyun gave his ment, he looked down to the floor with a sad face and said "yesterday I dunked my phone into the swimming pool." Then he looked up, happy, and said, "because of you guys, I got better. Way better. I'm just kidding and I will miss you so much." Lol the change in emotions and was that trolling? Then during the group picture time when the PAV staff said "okay, ready?" Jangjun responded into his mic "yup!" and finished the staff's countdown of "2...3!" Then for the next photo Jangjun counted for us again "1...2...3!"
  23. Milky Way - During the goodbyes, Bomin stayed at the far left side for so long that Jaehyun, Seungmin, and Donghyun had already come and gone! Then at the end the members were all holding hands waiting to bow but Bomin was still at the far right side interacting with fans. Once Bomin joined the members and they all bowed, Jangjun again put his arms up to try to make the other members lose balance, to which Jaehyun most certainly did!
Hi Donghyun!
Seungmin chasing Joochan to the wall during "Pump It Up"^^
Thank you Bomin for always taking care of me and making me feel loved at each stop!
Jangjun towards the end of BOTO^^
Y at the very end of BOTO^^
Bongbeom waiting on the side during "Breathe"~
During the end of "Milky Way" when the members are waving goodbye~
Bomin spent SO much time on our side during the goodbyes! He even knelt down and started checking himself out in my friend's phone hehe
Hi Joochan~~!
Y~~~!
Jangjun trolling his neighboring members during their ending bow again, this time Jaehyun falling victim.

After the concert, the staff had those with Snapshot tickets to wait towards the back of the venue while they set up the session towards the stage.
Here is my fourth set of Snapshots! Here are some of my memories (in the order I took them):
  • Y: He asked me, "Number 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5?" I asked him to choose, then he said, "Number 1! Let's go." Afterwards he said, "Thank you for coming. High five!" Then he noticed my shirt and said, "Oh, 'One'! One tee shirt."
  • Seungmin: He pointed at my shirt and said "One", which got confusing because the staff had told him "Five" for our pose.
  • Bomin: After taking our photo, he initiated the conversation with, "I saw you on the stage, you stand on the...right. Yah on the right." I had to process this because I was on the left, then realized from his point of view I was on his right. Upon this realization, I said, "Yah! You were there a lot 🥰." Bomin then said, "Thank you so much. Thank you. Get home safely."
  • Jibeom: I was trying to tell him in Korean that we have similar necklaces, but he was so thoughtful staring into my eyes the entire time that it took awhile to get him to look at my necklace. But then he understood and said, "Oh oh! 그렇네요 *chuckles* 고마워요. 조심해서 가요." (That's right. Thank you. Get back safely.)
  • Jangjun:
  • Jaehyun: He said he liked my shirt (I think this has been a running joke between him and Donghyun). Then I asked if something happened yesterday with Seungmin in the swimming pool. He didn't seem too amused and replied, "Yah. He pulled me in."
Overall, I think Dallas was my favorite stop out of the entire tour! The energy coming from both the crowd and the boys were so high, and it felt like Golcha really got into the swing of things and could freely enjoy themselves without worries. And I got to see Bomin a lot here hehe and apparently he saw me a lot there too^^

Golden Child: RATA-TAT-TAT Japan Second Single Album Review

Golden Child has had a super packed 2022 so far, starting with their Japanese debut back on January 26th with A WOO!! Now on June 15th, Golden Child released their second Japanese single album RATA-TAT-TAT as 9 members. Despite having 1 fewer member, the version count has increased from 12 versions for A WOO!! to 20 versions for RATA-TAT-TAT. There is a Universal Music Japan (UMJ) First Press Limited Edition, UMJ First Press Regular Edition, UMJ Member Edition (9 versions), and Fanclub (FC) Member Edition (9 versions).

Daeyeol had enlisted on March 29th, and it suddenly felt so empty. But on April 4th when MBC Best Friend Radio posted an Instagram photo revealing a Jangjun selca in a beanie with a little red hair peeking out. suddenly it felt much more promising that Golden Child would be coming back soon! And then on April 5th at 6PM JST, Woollim tweeted the announcement of a new Japanese single with a new OT9 photo, along with an announcement of a live showcase in Tokyo on April 30th and May 1st. Surely everyone was surprised that Golden Child would be releasing another Japanese album instead of having a Korean comeback, but Woollim always loves throwing curveballs. Whatever the case, I'll take it!

I blogged about preordering all 20 versions along with the various preorder benefits here, and below I'll unbox all versions along with my preorder benefits.

Overview and Preorder Benefits
Here are all 20 album versions of RATA-TAT-TAT, along with the preorder benefits.
Here is a closer look at the UMJ First Press Limited Edition and UMJ First Press Regular Edition. When purchasing either of these versions or any of the UMJ Member Editions individually (ie. not as a set of 9), UMJ offered a random raw photo (1 of 9) as a preorder benefit.
These raw photos are 3.5" by 5" and are essentially postcards with the photo side being glossy and the backside being matte white. To my disappointment these raw photos are the same images as the metal badge commemorative goods, as well as the photos included in the photobook of the Limited Edition.
The preorder benefit for purchasing the Member Edition as a set of 9 is a set of matching B5 clear files. For the UMJ Member Edition set of 9, the benefit is the clear file set on the left, while for the FC Member Edition set of 9, the benefit is the clear file set on the right.
Here is the order that the clear files came in.
Here are the backsides of the clear files. The left one has the racing checker pattern to match the limited version album and UMJ member version albums while the right one is more minimalist and refined to (I guess?) match the regular version album and FC member version albums.
Here are the racer version clear files. These images are the same as the back cover of the UMJ member version albums.
And here are the white suit version clear files. These images are the same as the back cover of the FC member version albums. It's disappointing that the images are the same; if I had known, I would have probably bought each member version individually to receive the random live OT9 showcase group photo preorder benefit. As for the racer version clear file, I'm content with this preorder benefit as the alternative for purchasing the UMJ member versions individually would be the raw photos from the limited version booklet.

First Press Limited Edition
Following A WOO!!'s format, the limited version this time is also in a simple plastic DVD case, with a printed piece of paper slipped into the clear plastic for the covers and spine. The red sticker on the clear exterior wrap indicates that this is A Version.
All 20 versions come with two tracks in the CD: "RATA-TAT-TAT" and the Japanese version of "Burn It". This limited version also includes a DVD containing "Vol.2 DDARAWA GOL-CHA!", a continuation from the DVD included in the limited version of A WOO!! This back cover contains the contents of each disc, as well as info on the DVD (region code "all" and 28 minutes long).
Here is a closeup of the simplicity of the spine.
Opening up the DVD case, the photo booklet is secured on the left with 2 plastic clips. The CD is in its own tray on the right.
You can flip the trap and then the DVD is against the back cover on the right. I had trouble putting the DVD back in, because the plastic clip in the center is quite stiff. I ended up scratching the center ring of the disc a bit >.<

The DVD starts with the boys giving their intros in Japanese (except for Jaehyun who used Korean^^) and trying to carefully and accurately pronounce the title track, and then the rest is all in Korean with Japanese subtitles. This variety show was called "Golden Agit" and had a very casual (yet chaotic) setting of the boys in a house playing games and having fun.
The limited edition comes with a photo booklet. The booklet contains 24 pages total, including the cover pages. Above contains the tracklist of the CD and DVD, and the next 2 pages contain lyrics and song credits. Slipped inside this first page is also the random photocard.
The limited edition album comes with 1 random photocard out of 10 (9 individual members and 1 group). These photocards are all taken from the racer shoot, and these images are different from the photocards included in the regular edition and member editions.
The back of the photocard is a dark red and has the product number printed at the bottom. All photocards have a matte finish.
The next 17 pages are filled with photos from the racer shoot.
Each member gets an individual photo and a pair or trio photo.
The booklet is small that I'll just post all the pages~
Here is the pair photo of Tag and Jibeom, and Seungmin's individual photo.
Joochan nails this look so well!
Next is a 2-page spread of Tag, Jaehyun, Jibeom, and Bomin.
Followed by a 2-page spread of the remaining 5 members.
Here are Jangjun's and Donghyun's individual photos.
And lastly Y, Jangjun, and Donghyun have the trio photo. It's bittersweet seeing this combo, the ammonites, but without Daeyeol :(
The next 2 pages are the album credits. There is even a [Special Thanks] section that states "All Family. All Goldenness". There is also a QR code which takes you to a UMJ buyer survey to enter for a chance to win a 5,000¥  gift certificate.
I had bought the metal badges only to find out that the images of these badges are the same exact as from the photobook.
Here is Jibeom's as well.
Not only the metal badges, the UMJ raw photos are the same images as well.
Here is Y's.

First Press Regular Edition and Member Editions
The regular edition and member edition albums have a jewel case packaging. The black spines are the UMJ member editions, the gold spines are the FC member editions, and the far right gold spine is the regular edition. You can see this one is of a more usual jewel case size, while the member editions are thinner.
Here is a closer look at the external labelling of all 4 versions. The limited edition is A Version, the regular edition is B version, the UMJ member edition is C version, and the FC member edition is D version. On the underside of the matte card stock spines is a QR code that takes you to the same UMJ buyer survey.
Here are how all the jewel case albums look fully unwrapped and without the external card stock spine. They don't really look that nice to display like this >.<

First Press Regular Edition
Here is how the album cover and spine look once the wrapping is removed.
The back cover contains the CD tracklist, which is the same among all versions.
Opening up the jewel case, we see the booklet on the left and the CD on the right.
The booklet contains 16 pages total, including the cover pages. Above contains the tracklist of the CD, and the next 2 pages contain lyrics and song credits. Slipped inside these first pages is the random photocard. Hi Bomin^^ (He wanted to solidify not just being my concert bias, but aiming for being my ult bias overall^^)
The regular edition album comes with 1 random photocard out of 10 (9 individual members and 1 group). These photos care all taken from the white suit photoshoot, and these images are different from the photocards included in the FC member edition albums.
The backside of the photocard is a dull gold, matching the matte card stock spine and this elegant photoshoot. The product number is printed at the bottom and all photocards have a matte finish.
Each member gets an individual photo.
The order of the members is pretty similar to the order within the limited edition booklet.
Just like with the racer shoot, here too I cannot get over Joochan's look!
Since the booklet has so few pages, I'll continue sharing them all here~
Jangjun's deep red hair looks stunning, and it pops even more in this shoot!
Lastly are the album credits.

UMJ and FC Member Edition Albums
Here are how the UMJ member edition albums look with all the wrapping still on. This cover is the front side of the included paper sheet (as this edition doesn't include a booklet), and the images are all from the racer shoot. As mentioned before, these photos are the same as the accompanying preorder benefit clear files.
Here is the other side of the album, which shows off the CD-R. These images are again from the racer shoot and are luckily different photos from those included in the limited edition booklet.
Here are CD-Rs properly oriented inside the jewel cases.
Here are how the FC member edition albums look like with the wrapping still on. These images are all from the white suit shoot and are the same photos used in the accompanying preorder benefit clear files.
Here is the other side of the album, showcasing the CD-R. These images are again from the white suit photoshoot and are different photos from the regular album version booklet. Though if you look at Bomin's album cover, CD-R, and his photo in the regular edition booklet, they practically look like the same photo >.<
Here are how the CD-Rs look properly oriented.
Opening up the jewel cases (the top is the UMJ version and the bottom is the FC version) reveals the paper sheet on the left, and the backside of the CD. This side of the paper sheet has the album and song credits.
Here is how the paper sheet looks like for both versions, which is extended on the right side to include what you'd see on the spine of the album. The inside of this is sheet has the lyrics for both songs, and the photocard, upside down.
Each UMJ member edition album comes with 1 photocard of that member (therefore the card isn't random; whichever member's cover you have, the associated photocard will be included). These photocards are exclusively from the racer photoshoot and are different images than the limited edition photocards.
The back of the photocard is a dark red, matching the back of the limited version photocard. The difference here is that the member's name is printed in the center.
And here are the FC member edition photocards. Same concept as the UMJ member edition album photocards, each FC member edition album comes with a photocard of the member on the cover. These photocards are all from the white suit shoot and are different image than the normal edition photocards.
The back of the photocard is a dull gray, the same as the normal edition photocards, except again these FC member photocards have the member's name printed in the center.

On Display
Here is my Japanese Golden Child collection on display. I'm still not sure how to properly display such simple DVD packaging and jewel cases; until I figure it out, these will occupy the top shelf~

Overall, though I wish Golcha could have promoted RATA-TAT-TAT more, in hindsight I'm super content as they were clearly very busy preparing for their US tour, MIK Festival appearance, and long awaited comeback with Aura! As for the RATA-TAT-TAT albums, while I'm not a fan of the packaging, I do love the photoshoots. And lastly, I was worried with Daeyeol's enlistment that Golden Child would be on hiatus for quite some time, but I'm so relieved that this is most certainly not the case!
